Ladies Only Prepared Citizen Class  ( 4 Hour Class ) 

This course is designed to provide
individuals with information that assists in the development of their own
personal safety strategies, and to recognize potentially harmful situations in
order to avoid or escape them. This is not legal advice, nor an absolute
solution, but rather a defensive tool to live more aware. Awareness is the
degree to which you observe what is going on around you. Often our daily
routines take us into a variety of environments and put us in contact with many
different people. Remaining aware is key. Situational Awareness is our first
line of defense! All courses are taught by a knowledgeable and certified
instructor.
